About Md. Duygu Şen

I was born in 1967 in Adapazarı. I am originally from Manavgat. I graduated from Izmir Dokuz Eylül University Faculty of Medicine in 1991. After completing my compulsory service as an infirmary doctor at Atatürk Health Vocational High School in Yozgat, I worked in Manisa Sarıgöl Mother and Child Health, İzmir Narlıdere Health Centre, and İzmir Ilıca Health Centre, respectively.   Afterwards, I came to my hometown Manavgat with my husband, Uzm. Dr. K. Alp Şen, and I worked in Health Centres No. 1, No. 2, and No. 3. I worked as the Deputy Head of the Health Group in an administrative position for 9 years. In 2005, I attended the Ministry of Health-approved Medical Aesthetics course and received a Medical Aesthetic Physician certificate. I worked as the Managing Director of a beauty centre in Manavgat for 3 years. Afterwards, I worked as a Family Physician at Sarılar Family Health Centre for 11 years. I retired as of January 2022.   During my professional life, I have improved myself by taking various in-service trainings. Especially for the last 2 years, I have been improving myself by taking trainings on spiritual, mental, and physical body health with the principle of personalized medicine. I have completed my Family/Couple Counseling, Bach Flowers Therapist, Schüssler Salts & Facial Analysis, Homeopathy, Aromatherapy/Aromatherapy in Chakras, and Theta Healing trainings. In my free time, I like to see different cultures, travel, and visit antique markets. I am interested in Sufism. I am married and have 2 children.
